Playing with Pebbles & Shells

It’s the simple things that make little kids (and you) happy. Open the door to Seashells and run down to Seasalter beach. Borrow our bucket and spade and sit and play with the pebbles on the beach, brilliant, simple parenting – kids get tonnes of fresh air, you get to enjoy the sea view and you can be back in the house in a heartbeat.

Lift up the rocks when the tide is out and find the teeny tiny crabs.

Kids Lunch

Whitstable High Street, Whitstable Harbour Street and the Old Whitstable Harbour have plenty of cafes & eateries, our favourite for young children is Farm & Harper

Why? It has an entire cupboard filled with lovely new toys and games for little kids to enjoy. The food is delicious and its brightly coloured walls are ideal for everyone in the family to enjoy.

Fish & Chips is a must by the sea and there’s plenty to choose from, Vic Jones is Harry Hills favourite!

So many beautiful children’s shops for clothes, toys and trinket to name including Peekaboo Kids Buttercup Whitstable Toys & Trenz a delightful sweetshop HoneyKanes  .For parents, there’s interiors Flory & Black  and high fashion Ruskin’s

Staycation is the key way to travel and enjoy Kent with it’s ease of access, straight off the M25 or the M2. With young kids it’s a bonus to pack the car, leave your home and be enjoying a home from home with free parking in less than an hour from London.

There’s this and so much more Whitstable has to offer, life’s busy with young children so just keep it simple.
